getting crafty

We love us some crafts at our house!  If it involves scissors, markers, paper, stickers, paint, tape or glue, three of the four of us would be in anytime (it's not Andy's favorite thing)  :)  Here's a few of the creative things we've worked on recently.

I made 14 hearts for K & T's bedroom doors and wrote a reason of why I loved them on each one.  From Feb 1-14 I taped a new one to their door each day.  We read the hearts to K & T each night as we put them to bed.  I hope I remember to do it again next year! (I found this idea on pinterest).
K wanted to make her own hearts while I was making mine.  We hung hers on our kitchen windows.
T is just getting into stickers again.  Here he is working on a gingerbread house.
He took a little break in a pillow fort when he was done.
I decorated our mantle with valentines this year.  I came home one afternoon to the cutest little heart that K had added on her own.  Adorable!
At dinner T was really pleased when he put two cheesy tortilla pieces together and made a new shape.  He did this on his own!  This is something we work on in first grade, Wowzers.
Hard at work with stickers on a snowy afternoon.
K asked me if she could create something one day, so we settled on a box that I cut the bottom out of and she decorated the box.
T and I worked on the top part of the box, he called his a rocketship.
Working so hard!
They got together to add a few more details.

Let the fun begin.
And they're off! Run K, Run!
I love crafting with these two little people!
