spot it!

We've got a new game in town, called Spot It!  It's a quick game that both K &T have learned how to play.  There are several versions of the game, we have the Olaf from Frozen one that focuses on shapes & numbers. Basically, players take turns flipping two of the round cards over and then all players try to find the shape or number that is the same on both cards.  First to call out wins both cards, next player flips two and so on.  Winner is the one with the most cards at the end.

Although T knows a lot, he can't quickly say the names of all of the numbers yet, so he has adapted and points to the number or shape that is the same on both.  He's actually really quick and has beaten me fair and square a few times.

We had quite a rainy afternoon yesterday, and while K worked next to me with stamps and markers, T & I played a few rounds of Spot It.  I couldn't help but snap a few pictures of this handsome boy.  His smile just makes my day!
T getting ready to flip two cards over.
Trying to find the match on each card.
He did it!

He's telling me to do my turn...Oh, that sweet face!
Trying to hide.
But it's not working!
Trying to grab all of the cards so he wins.
Look at the sneaky smile!
World's cutest playmate.  I'm one lucky Momma.
