Last week we ate supper with my dad and cooked him his favorite spaghetti sauce for a spaghetti dinner. K is all about noodles & sauce right now, while T is more of a noodles and Parmesan cheese kind of guy. The dinner was good, but the company was even better. T has had a bit of a hard time going to my parents' home and trying to understand how Nana's car could be there, but she wasn't. We are all missing my mom, but T really is. It was neat to chat with Emma and my dad and to hear what they've been up to while my mom is gone. K & T always enjoy playing with the toys at Nana & Papa's house too, they have a fun closet full of goodies, with the newest addition being a toy pirate ship that T loved this particular evening.
After dinner, my dad showed us a little project he had worked on recently. He repainted the hopscotch that he had originally painted in his garage for Emma & Spencer, for the grand kids to use. K & T were more than happy to break it in. K remembered the rules from Pico that she had played at the butterfly show and was ready to play right off. K & T had a blast playing hopscotch and probably burned off their entire dinner with all of the jumping they did!

| What a great way to recognize numbers! |
| She caught some air! |
| Auntie Em looked on and made sure we were all playing by the rules. |
| Looks like more of a shuffle T, but I suppose you can do what you want on home base. |
| K gives 100% in everything, you can see that here. |
| He's not trying to break the rule of one foot in the square, he's really trying to hop! |

| A quick picture of the group to show Nana that we were together. :) |
It's so much fun to watch K & T learn, and play. They are growing
smarter, and smarter every day! Thanks for a grand evening Papa!
