She's leaving home...bye, bye

Today is the day we've been talking about for quite some time. It's a bittersweet day.  K & T's Nana, my mom,  is traveling to Australia to visit her family for six weeks.  We are so excited that she will get to spend lots of time with her Dad, and the rest of her Aussie family that we love. She will get to walk on the beach, sleep in, make her own schedule, read, eat Aussie treats, go to the LDS temple in Adelaide, and talk and talk and talk with her sister in laws. I'm sure she is looking forward to this adventure.  My mom does so much for her family that lives with her, and my little family, she more than deserves a holiday to recharge herself and connect with her Aussie family. I truly hope she does.  What I'm most nervous about is when K & T realize that Nana is away and won't be back for awhile.  She is such an important part of their lives.  I don't think a week has ever gone by when she hasn't stopped by, called them, we've been up to her house, or we've met for a playdate when I'm on vacation.  We will all miss her dearly.  Safe travels Nana, we love you to Australia & back!
(I snapped these pictures a few weeks ago when I came home from work and found this trio planting in our backyard.  I love these sweet faces!)
