We really look forward to Thursdays around here. That's the day we head out to my pal Rosie's home to get together with our playgroup from last year. The moms in attendance are all teachers in my district, and all of our children are aged 6 and under. This summer there are two babies who have been born in the past two months too! The children get along really well with each other, and it's so much fun to see my teacher pals throughout the summer. I really love these girls and see them being moms and not just teachers. We swap parenting ideas, vent a little, eat some lunch and of course, play, play, play with the kids. K & T feel so much love when we are there, we all come away with our buckets being full. I heart Thursdays! Here are some pics from a couple of our most recent get togethers.

| We are getting smarter this summer and remembering to bring toys when we hit the pool. These little squirters are some of T's favorites. |

| L, Rosie's son, is such a sweetie. He's about 6 weeks older than T. |
 |
| W, Susan's son, he's nine months old and such a handsome thing! Pulling himself up is one of his newest tricks. |
 |
| J, Rosie's newest. He was just 3 weeks old when I took this. Both K & T love to watch him sleep. |

| Lunch is always good with this crowd! |

Here's one silly story that I want to remember forever. Rosie has a water/ice dispenser on her fridge, we don't at our house. Last summer K reached up and pushed the water button on her own & it shot her directly in the face. For weeks she talked about this as it was so unexpected. "Water got me. Water got me", she would say. She never did it again and we figured out where the lock was on it to keep everyone else dry. Well, on our VERY FIRST playdate this summer, we had been at Rosie's for all of 2 minutes when T started crying and ran to me dripping wet. He had done the exact same thing! Such sillies! There was no way that he remembered that K did that last summer...we just have two very curious monkeys on our hands! Since then Rosie has it locked when we come over, she probably wants to keep her floors dry. :)
