The Big ONE!

We enjoyed planning for T's first birthday party, and had even more fun at the whole shebang! Both of our families were able to come for brunch and of course to play with the one and only Mr. T. It was such a fun morning and we continue to feel so blessed to have T in our life.  He has brought us so much joy, he is happy 99% of the day, he is learning so much every day and he is just so much fun to be around.  Here are some of the highlights of the day.

MMMmmm, brunch.  T's Nana (my mom) made sausage rolls (an Australian classic food), there were also danishes, and a fruit bowl stocked with T's two of favorite foods, fresh blueberries and fresh pineapple.

T's Aunt Shelley made yummy o'brien potatoes and we made one of favorite yummies, Overnight Sausage and Egg Casserole. (Click on the name for the recipe)

Happy, Happy Birthday Mr. T!  For the next 6 weeks you and K are the same age, and I'm not sure how you are going to feel about that when you get older, but for now it's F-U-N!  We love you T and are excited for the coming year with our newest one year old!
