Snow Much Fun!

The snow was tons of fun while it lasted over break...we are certainly hoping for more this winter!  Since our first snow adventure we were able to borrow some snow clothes from cousin S so that K could stay out to play for awhile in the white stuff.  Boy, was she excited!  She has since dressed up in the snow clothes several times over several days to reenact the good times she had outside, boots and all.  T is still a little unsure of his feelings about snow, and strongly dislikes wearing gloves or a hat.  Therefore, K got a lot of playtime outside, and T got to stay in. Both were happy.  We're hoping he will change his feelings next year.  Until then, Let it snow, let it snow, let it snow for our sweet K!
Who's ready to play?  This girl!

He's thinking about the cold...turns out he was ready to go in shortly after this.

She loves being outside!
We went to Nana and Papa's for lunch after a morning of play, we always enjoy our time there.
Mr. T hamming it up.
After lunch we went outside for a little treat that Nana had planned.  First, Nana & K went for a little walk in the yard...
Next, K scooped some snow into a little bowl that Nana brought with her.
Then, Nana added the secret ingredient, raspberry syrup!
Finally, to taste it.  Yum!!  Only at Nana's will we get gourmet homemade snowcones.
On the little walk back Nana showed K how to kick the snow.
K's a quick learner!
Great Friends.
Before we went inside Emma tried to start something with me.
But little did she know that K has been practicing throwing snowballs and totally had my back.
Then Nana jumped in...
and got Emma good!
Watch out Emma,
You don't know who you're messing with!  Hugs!
