E is for Eric

E is for Eric! My brother Eric had a day off and came along to the Museum Center with us one sunny morning in June.  To our surprise, a lot of the renovations at Union Terminal were underway, and we were able to see one of the last showings at the Omnimax of the National Parks film, and see the construction workers actually taking down displays in the Natural History Museum.  A unique opportunity! It was an interesting day with Uncle Eric.

Watching coins in the wishing well.
Our little group in the cave, one of our favorite things at the Museum.
Uncle Eric watching the 'glacier'.
K & T running through the prehistoric exhibits, most had been taken apart.
This guy remained!
Of course we had to see the Bat Show, K's fave.  We asked several questions since the show won't be around for at least 2 years.  I would actually think about having a bathouse somewhere in our backyard, bats eat so many bugs!

Quick selfie before the Omnimax movie.
Even the fountains will be off for a year.  T thought it was really cool to run where the water usually is.

E is for Eric, it was a excellent day!
