If there's one game that my family has had as a go to game, it's gotta be Uno. I remember playing it as a kid with my family, and am really enjoying trying to teach K & T how to play these days. It's a wonderful learning game, matching colors & numbers, as well as teaching strategy and patience. For U day, we invited the kids' cousins to come over with Nana to celebrate the letter U and UNO!
I learned that K & T both like soft pretzels this summer. We have had them a couple times when shopping, and most recently at Sam's Club (soft pretzels are the one thing that Sam's has over Costco's food court) and the kids have gobbled them up every time. We decided to make some soft pretzel bites to snack on during our Uno tournment. So, before our guests came over, we made the dough for the pretzels.

| When Nana, N & A arrived at our house, we put them to work! Everyone started rolling out the dough for the bites after washing their hands. |

| The pretzel bites turned out pretty good, everyone tried them. I need to play around with the cooking method a little, as a few of them turned out bitter instead of delicious. |
