more & more museum

Oh, how we love our children's museum!  These pictures are from this past winter (I'm still playing blog catch-up) when we were able to visit on several different occasions for some warm indoor fun.  There are lots of different areas to explore and play, but right now K & T love the preschool area.  Everything is hands on and just right for their little hands and curious minds.  The kids have SO MUCH FUN every trip!
Here's our favorite chicken coop driver.
Cousins N & A came along on one adventure.  Here are the girls taking a turn in the cars.
Coloring fun!  Miss N is such a good example for the kids, and is very patient with them as they move quickly from one area to the next.  (We don't know the little boy in gray, he just decided to color with us).
A & K had a blast sticking and unsticking these giant velcro shapes.
The sand tables are always a popular choice with this crew of cousins.
There is an awesome replica of a cave in the natural history museum that we love walking through.
Riding Daddy's shoulders is a great way to see the Christmas Train display.
Papa LOVES trains and was excited to show K & T the awesome display.  Nana & Emma are always fun to play with, no matter where we go.
What a beautiful model.
Daddy & T taking in the trains.
The hands-on steam boat tables were very popular with these two.
Taking a little break from all of the walking/running around the center.
Nana, Em & T building a 'log' cabin in record time.

Checking out the view of the Ohio River in the model of a steamboat.
Trains, trains & more trains.
Of course K & T wanted to ride a train.  They really enjoyed riding this kiddie train round and round.
Contentment.
If my dad wore sweatshirts, I would totally get him this one.
Back in the children's museum K & T hit the sand table again.
She is such a beautiful girl, those eyes are just amazing.

Go, go, go!!
