Sick Day

 T wasn't feeling well last night, had a bit of a fever and was generally unhappy.  This morning he woke up about 3:30 with a high fever.  We gave him some meds and left a message for the doctor.  At his appointment this morning we learned that he has an ear infection.  Poor guy.  We got an antibiotic and were able to get two doses in today.

He had a rather low key day.  He has recently learned to get up on the couch by himself.  He did that quite a bit today and would hide in the pillows.  Here he is hiding in Em's coat.

He did do a bit of playing, but mostly took it easy.  He wanted to be held a lot and he took a good afternoon nap.  He needed it!

He's been drinking a lot of formula and water from his sippy cup, but not really eating today.  The doc said not to worry as long as he is still drinking.

I'm so grateful for modern medicine and know he will be on the mend very soon.  We look forward to having our smiley little man back!
