She has had an amazing year. She's a freshman in high school, started early morning seminary, ran her first cross country season, is currently in winter swim and is rocking school. She works hard at everything she does.
One of our favorite K stories this year happened on our trip to Australia. K got bit by a wombat! She was so proud of the cut on her hand and showed everyone until it healed. She really enjoyed traveling, made friends with my cousins' kids, and savored everything there. She is easy going and adventurous. One of her other favorite things there was holding a koala, something that has been on her bucket list for a long time. She was in heaven.
K is a kind and loving sister, she tries really hard to be supportive of T, even though they are in a lot of the same things together. She is encouraging and wise for her years. She is a good friend to others too. She loves to sing, laugh and have fun. Her and her friends like to do all things make up, hair and nails. They know all the cool brands and share their love of YouTube with me.
K is a fantastic person, we can't wait to see what the next year will bring her. She can do anything she puts her mind to.

How old will you be on your birthday? 15.
Are you excited about your birthday? Yeah, because I don't have to be T's age anymore. And I can rub it in S's face that I'm older than him too (her school friend that is exactly one day younger than her)
What is your favorite color? Purple (same as last year)
What is your favorite animal? Elephant (same as last year), but I do like koalas a lot.
What is your favorite book? The Love That Split the World.
What is your favorite TV show? Probably, The Office, only seasons 1-5.
What is your favorite movie? Gremlins or Nightmare Before Christmas, I like both.
What's your favorite musical? Mmmmm, I want to say Wicked or Hamilton. (Instead of a birthday party, she is choosing to take a couple of friends to the Wicked musical movie that opens this weekend, she's been counting down! We did the same thing last year)
What is your favorite song? I Love It. (by icona pop) (tenth year in a row)
What is your favorite food? Taquitos (my mom made them for our family birthday party for her at K's request).
What is your favorite ice cream? Black Raspberry Chip from Graeter's
What is your favorite breakfast? French Toast with strawberries and Nutella (on Aldi gluten free bread)
What is your favorite snack? Ramen Noodles (she's eats a gluten free brand by Clean Monday Meals)
What is your favorite piece of clothing? Bluey pajama pants
What is your favorite game? Uno (second year in a row)
What are you most of proud of yourself for? Making it through the first quarter of high school. Not dying in Math class.
Who is your best friend? W (our dog) I like cuddling with him.
What are some of your hobbies? showchoir, running, church, swimteam, I like napping, reading and watching my shows.
