warm day

The weather has been very temperamental this spring, but we took advantage of one recent warm day with a trip to the park.  K & T continue to love playing outside, and I'm so glad.  We are in the big countdown until summer, and these warm days make it seem so close!

T AMAZES me on the monkey bars.  He really has no fear.  He has such strong arms, and just goes across again and again and again. 

He is teasing that he is going to drop down, but was really just hanging out.

Think he's stuck?

Nope.  He climbed all the way up, and then slid down the pole.  In the meantime, K was playing hide and seek with a little girl that she met at the park.  She really has a talent for making friends.

We ended our fun day with frozen treats.  She wanted pink, but had to settle for red.  She kept calling it 'dark pink'.

Of course this dude chose blue.

Back home there was plenty of this.  They like playing anything with a screen. Playing at the park all morning makes me feel better about this. :)  It's all about balance right?  It's also amazing to me that they have to sit about 6 inches from each other when there is space available on any of the other couches close to this one. Silly kids.
