Christmas Day, part 2

After the delicious brunch and marathon present opening at my parents' home on Christmas morning, we drove home to our place.  K & T wanted to play with some of their new goodies, and Andy & I wanted to chill out for awhile.  And that we did, and I didn't take any pictures.  :)  It was a fun and relaxing afternoon. Seeing the kids smile and smile just melts my heart.

We were going back to my parents' for Christmas dinner, and Andy's mom joined us this year!   Before Grandma came over, we had the K & T open a few of the presents that we had at our house. Santa hadn't forgotten them!

K wondered out loud what T could be opening.
Santa brought T a gun!  He had heard T's wish. T was very excited.
K got not one, but two of the pink ponies that she had requested.
She was very pleased with both pink ponies.  Lucky girl!
I made these capes for the kids from T-shirts at a craft day at our church.  It was such a fun project!
gun + cape + handsome = world's cutest superhero
Grandma arrived, and the kids were anxious to give their gifts to her.  She loves chocolates, and she sweetly shared with the kids right away.  Turns out, they like chocolates too.
Grandma looking at the brag book we made for her.  A scrapbook full of pictures of K & T throughout the year.
Grandma brought some fun gifts for the kids too, jammies and books included.
T loves his Grandma.
K does too!
I think she loves them right back.
After we snapped a few more pictures, we gathered our things and drove up to my parents for an Italian feast.  It was so good, and it was fun to have Grandma with us.  A big thanks to my parents for hosting, we always enjoy spending time at Nana & Papa's place.  What an awesome Christmas for us all!
