Miss K

Miss K is a bundle of energy, a talking machine and a source of constant kindness, obedience & love in our home.  She is a people pleaser and 99% of the time does exactly as she is told.  She has recently started saying "I love you" spontaneously and sometimes it comes out as "I love you too", even if we didn't say it first.  She is so much fun!  She gives lots of hugs and asks for Mommy to "hold you" (translation for "please pick me up and give me a big hug"). K is great at helping and loves to be given small tasks to do around the house.  K is also the captain of the Fairness Police Squad.  If T gets a hug, she runs over to get one.  If she gets a hug, she tells us that T needs one.  If we sing a favorite of her songs, she reminds us to sing one for T.  If T talks to Nana on the phone, she is right there in line to be next.  I adore that she is such a good big sister and wants things to be equal between her and T.

Here's some big news, she has started potty training!  We just taking it easy having her wear pull ups during the day instead of diapers.  She's been at for about a week and is pretty good about telling us when she needs to go when we are home.  We'll keep at it, but she is doing great! We're so proud of her.

Smile Miss K!
I just love those baby blues, and the eyelashes, oh my!
We recently started playing with what K calls tay-toh (playdough).  She is great at squishing and likes to work the scissors.  We're working on doing those with one hand instead of two.  The cookie cutters are always a hit too.
Pretty K hoping for at least one more big snow this year!

We love you Miss K!  Thank you for having such a beautiful spirit and for being the loving little girl that you are.  I cannot imagine life without you.
