Just two weeks ago, on a Sunday evening, T saw this awesomeness on our door just for him. You know what that means, he was heart attacked! It was the evening before he started preschool, and he was so excited! Our good friends Keri & her daughter Ke spread the back to school love for both of the kids this year. Aren't they fun!

| He ran right up and checked out this whole door celebration. |

Look at our smiley boy!
After this we went upstairs for baths, books and bed, our normal bedtime routine. T was ready to start school in the morning! |
 |
| Here he is, ready with hair combed, and backpack on. He is actually in an afternoon class, but was up bright & early for the day. I was able to snap a few pictures of him before I left for work. |
 |
| Let's just call this one, "How you doing?" Captain Smolder! |
 |
| A silly face from Mr. T. |

This one is a classic T smile.
After having almost an extra month of summer, it was time for T to get back to school too. He has enjoyed his extra Nana days, and playing Mindcraft at Heather's while K is in school, but it's time! He has K's teacher from last year, and is she gladly showing him the ropes. He was a little anxious at his preschool visit before school started, but Nana reported that he marched right in on his first day. He's been going for a couple of weeks now, and shares his good things from his day with us at dinner. He likes the kitchen and block areas, he also likes the brain breaks, sensory table and of course, recess. T has also brought home a couple of art pieces that he's worked on, which is new for him. Last year he avoided the writing and art center in his other classroom. He's growing up! He has just 7 kiddos in his class this year, and is happy when it's a school day.
We love you T, and are so proud of you! |
